Use of Spiral Trough Tubes in Heat Exchanger

Kailang, W., Tianyi, L., et.al.  1989.  During the 1984/85 and 1985/86 seasons, a small experiment of using high effect heat transfer tubes on mixed juice and clarified juice was made at Guandong Yangchin second sugar factory. In order to continue to probe the effect of these tubes on heat transfer, scale formation, scale removal, as well as the possibility of their use in sugar factories, the experiment was extended to full-scale production in Guandong Xinqiao sugar factory during the 1987/88 season.
