     Guillen, G.G. 1957.  Improvements made by Binalbagan-Isabela Sugar Company,Inc (BISCOM) as it underwent rehabilitation due to merging of five milling companies during the post war II where a damaged factory equipment of the Isabela Sugar Company were transferred, rehabilitated and installed side by side with the also damage equipment of the Binalbagan Estate,Inc..
