The Sucrolyser Automatic System for Quality Analysis of Sugarcane Juice

     Kernchen, W. 1982.  After problems inherent with spindle Brix determination were observed, an automatic refractometer was developed with the aim for high standards of accuracy and reliability. To provide data processing facilities, a programmable desk calculator and an interface unit were added to round up the system which was named SUCROLYSER.
