     The Committee on Trash Deduction Standardization. 1993.  The industry wide implementation of a standard realistic trash deduction schedule would deter planters from mill-hopping in search of low trash deduction, as this implementation would narrow down the difference in levels of trash appraisals among mills, it not make trash deduction uniform.
