The “Fiber % Cane” in Chemical Control

     Hilado, A. 1956.  The principal use of fiber % cane is in the determination of the weight of polarization or sucrose in cane which must be based on Gross fiber % gross cane, otherwise the fiber in the trash which also goes through the mill and absorbs part of the juice in the cane is not accounted for.
