Sugars in Molasses
Clarke, M.A. and Brannan, M. 1979. A high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) method developed for sucrose, glucose and fructose has been applied to a variety of molasses samples. Techniques for applying HPLC analysis to molasses are discussed. The results are compared to results by classical analytical methods.
