Sugar Grain Size vs. Other Refining Qualities

     Binueza, J.M. 1980.  Grain size has been correlated with the other refining qualities of sugar such as color, filterability, %ash and deterioration factor for the last two years’ record of the HPCO’s weekly sugar samples.
