Studies on Alcohol Fermentation: The Effect of Ceriops Tagal (Perr.) C.B. Rob on the Alcohol Fermentation of Cane Juice, Molasses and Sugar Solutions

     Villanueva,L.J. and Juliano, J.O. 1962.  Studies revealed that an increase in alcohol content and a corresponding decrease in the titratable acidity could be obtained if fermenting mashes are treated with tangal.
