Alexander, J.B. and Ravno, A.B.  1985.  At the start of the 1983/84 crushing season in South Africa, it was decided to introduce a new method of payment for raw sugar sent to the Hulett Refinery in Durban with the objective of clearly distinguishing, in monetary terms, between desirable and undesirable sugars.
