Andreis, H.J. and DeStefano, R.P.  1977.  The study center on the development of a bagasse-based silage of good keeping quality which is palatable to cattle and produces an adequate rate of gain. In addition to bagasse and molasses, this silage contains urea as a nitrogen source and sodium hydroxide to increase bagasse digestibility.
