Retrofitting of Wet Gas Scrubber Plant for Boiler #2

          Turno, S.P. III.  2003.  The existing mechanical dust sepaation of CADP is not enough to enable the boilers to comply with the 150 mg/Ncm particulate emission concentration required by the Clean Air Act of 1999. The only way to comply with the new law is to retrofit a more sophisticated flue gas cleaning equipment such as the Wet Gas Scrubber, Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) or Bag Filter.
