     Cuenca, J.T. and Mondia, L.B. 1994.   Topics were divided into General Subject Number (GS) and Subject Number (S). The GS included Raw Sugar, White Sugar, Specialty Sugars, Molasses, Cane Sugar Processing, Beet Sugar Processing and Starch Derived Sweeteners.
