     Suerte, D. 1960.  For strictly comparative purposes all sugars must be converted in terms of raw value since sugar factories manufacture sugars of varying polarization and a recommendation that the Philippine Sugar Technologies Association adopt the method used by the International Sugar Council for the conversion of all raw sugars in terms of raw value.
