Locsin, C.L.  1951.  The Queensland scheme does not provide for a distribution of sugar or the molasses rather it provides for the payment of cane on the basis of quality. A direct comparison with the Philippine system is therefore not possible. Some comparison, however, may be arrived at after a proper analysis and understanding of the Australian system.
