Taub, A.  1948.  Preliminary small–scale test was conducted to dehydrate molasses to a solid upon cooling in the same vacuum equipment ordinarily found in any sugar mill. Result shows that the coil vacuum pan is the best type of sugar mill pan for the dehydration of molasses without serious loss of sugar content.
