     Planta, T. 1978.  La Carlota Sugar Central has designed for fabrication and installation concrete pad-type crossties, utilizing all available metal and wooden scraps to minimize production cost in order to maintain and continue operations of the tract system, which is the cheapest means of transporting canes to the mill.
