On Energy, Water, and Material Resources Conservation in the Sugar Industry, Factory Operation

     Ferrariz, N.C. 1978.  In the Evaporation Station, a staggering amount of heat in the vapour is wasted since it cannot be recovered for use due to lowered temperature. The annual cost of energy spent and lost in this station amounts to more than half a billion pesos for the whole industry and enough to provoke our minds to look for a better process.
