Mushroom Culture in Bagasse and Mudpress

     Nerona, A.M. and Latiza, A.S. 1990.   Bagasse, mudpress and cane tops are by-products of sugarcane, which can be utilized to grow edible fungus (Pleurotus ostreatus), which are highly nutritious food.
