Moisture in Raw Sugar by Karl Fisher Titration Method
Dayao, C.A.S., Nepomuceno, F.S., et.al. 1993. A comparative study on the determination of moisture in raw sugar was conducted using the Karl Fisher method and the Vacuum Oven Drying method as the reference method. The results were statistically evaluated using the t-test for correlated data. The statistical evaluation of the results has shown no significant difference between the two methods.
