Mill Test Performance of Various Sugarcane Varieties

Locsin, C.L.  1951.  During the period June to August 1951, Victorias Milling Company performed 33 mill tests of which 14 were in the 5-mill “A” tandem and 19 in the 4-mill and 2-roller crusher “B” tandem. These mill tests were conducted in order to locate extraction deficiencies and to find out the milling characteristics of the principal sugarcane varieties grown in the district.
