Upadhiaya, U.C.  1985.  Operating speed should be worked out by the Parr formula, because this formula takes into consideration the crushing rate, preparation factor, diameter and number of rolls in the tandem and gives a fibre loading just above 4 lbs/sq.ft. of ascribed volume, which is quite reasonable.
