Methods of Determining pH with Especial Reference to the Quinhydrone Electrode

Lava, V.G. and Hizon, A.S. 1928. The use of the hydrogen electrode for determining pH in sugar solution is not satisfactory and it is tedious. To avoid these difficulties, different non-gas electrodes have been introduced, the best of which is the quinhydrone electrode.
