Gillaspie, A.G. Jr. and McKnew, C.C.  1975.  The sugarcane quarantine procedures and facilities of the USDA at Beltsville are described. Imported sugarcane plant material is sent to the inspection station in Washington, D.C where it is inspected and treated for insect contaminants and sent to the quarantine station in Beltsville.
