     Geonanga, R.G. 1993.  Crop year 1992-93 milling operation, First Farmers experienced their own version of factory operation whereby a Factory Coordinator for the night shift was introduced among the Department Heads of the operation group. The most tangible result was the awareness of the different Department Heads of how their department operates in relations to his department – a factor for training potential managers.
