Dextran Content of Philippine Raw Sugar

     Daus, L.A., Collado, A.G., et.al. 2000.   The analysis of dextran was undertaken in the Sugar Laboratory of SRA to evaluate and monitor the rate of increase and behavior of dextran, which can be correlated with mill-operations concerning dextran.
