     Picornell, R. Jr., Atienza, V. Jr.,et.al. 1983.  CADP felt the need to develop simple but efficient cane transport system to replace a segment of its then existing network. The system adopted was based on the RO/RO concept. Based on the favorable results, CADP Management decided to proceed with the partial acquisition of a company truck fleet, which would utilize the RO/RO concept.
