Continuous Vacuum Pan Design for Raw Sugar Mill

Comments are made on the various types of continuous pan, e.g. long flow path and multi-cell. Both the theoretical considerations of crystal residence time with perfect to crystal growth and its effect on crystal size distribution are discussed.
