Colorimetric Methods of Phosphate Analysis in Juices

Pacalda, L.D., Cuenca, J.T., et.al. 1990.   Results of the comparative runs of the two methods indicated insignificant difference using known solutions of phosphates in the range of 100-300 ppm P2O5. With lower concentrations of P2O5 less than 10 ppm, the uranyl acetate method deviated farther from the actual than using the photometric method. The latter, therefore, indicated versatility at any concentration. PROCEEDINGS OF THE PHILIPPINE SUGAR TECHNOLOGISTS. August:  305-309.
