Cane Purchase System (CPS) – An Overview

     Cabanilla, C.T. 1982.  The paper aims primarily to provide the people in the industry an awareness on cane purchase. Cane Purchase, as envisioned to be applied in the Philippine Sugar Industry is the outright transfer of cane ownership from the Planter to the Mill upon payment of the latter of the cane at delivery on a per-ton-cane basis.
