According to Platts survey for the second half of July, sugarcane crush volumes in the key Center-South region of Brazil are expected at 47.27 million mt. They also estimated cane yield at 135.36 kilograms per metric ton; sugar production of 2.67 million mt; total ethanol production of 2.113 billion liters; hydrous ethanol production of 1.230 billion liters; anhydrous ethanol production of 861.67 million liters; proportion of crush will go to sugar mix and ethanol mix of 43.75% and 56.25% respectively.
