     Custodio, V.A. 1967.  Following the trend in modernization and automation in the Philippine sugar industry, the First Farmers sugar mill installed an automatic controls and instruments in the Evaporator Station in which operation to a maximum capacity and efficiency is far from being attained if manual procedure is practiced in the system.
