Air Pollution Source Point Odor Evaluation

Stewart, D.L., Fordyce, I.V., et.al.  1976.  The reduction in odor emission rate in the scrubbed pulp drier sample of 64% suggests that chemical scrubbing offers the best approach to the odor reduction problem. It seems reasonable that the noncondensible vents could be introduced into the pulp drier system at the fire zone for flaming off or to combine with sulfur and thus reduce odor and enhance the scrub waters with ammonium sulfate for crop irrigation.
