          Braasch, J.  2003.  This paper points out and discusses the experience of the plate falling film evaporator installed in an Australian sugar mill in 2001. The experience of the personnel over a period of two crushing seasons is summarized qualitatively in terms of cleaning regiment, recirculation rate and juice distribution.
