Acetic Acid from Alcohol
Gumera, R.S. and Ebron, R.P. 1998. Batch fermentation of alcohol tailings into acetic acid was studied using both submerge and surface fermentation process. Only dilute acetic acid can be produces from the biological fermentation of alcohol.
