A – Sugar/ A – Molasses Policy Option and Fuel Alcohol Program
Arras, R.E. 1986. Changing the production ratios by not producing sugar from the B and C pans and centrifugals, results in a higher quality of both sugar and molasses. If this happen, the sugar surplus would be physically eliminated and sufficient molasses would be produced to support traditional domestic uses and provide a readily fermentable raw material for the first phase of a fuel alcohol/octane enhancer program.
