     Grapa, E.A. and Alba, A.C. 1963.  The installation of Werks-poor crystallizer at Central Azucarera de Bais gave encouraging results of which there was an increased in crystal content whereby more sugar is produced from “A’ strike, a reduction to 13% in total massecuite volume with a consequent increase in pan capacity and decrease in steam requirements.
