A Critical Analysis of Available Sugar Formulas

     Suerte, D. 1962.  Several formulas are in use for the calculation of available sugar from the juice of a given analysis. Since the International Sugar Council controls 80% of sugar export trade, it is recommended that the association adopt the conversion formula (ISC) for raw equivalence.
