--------------. 1975.  The Sugar Research Institute in Mackay, Queensland purchased a new computer, an IBM System/370 Model 115. The computer will be used for data processing associated with the development of a computer model of an entire sugar factory, a project which is designed to take much of the costly trial and error out of major steps in a sugar mill to increase economies and productivity.
